Axle ID Tag decoding?

Hi,

I pulled the Axle tag off of my 9" this afternoon and I wondered if anyone had or knew of a resource for decoding the info. Here's what's on it

WEC-K 9BB
3.00 9 857A

I know that the 3.00 signifies the ratio but is there any other useful info on this tag? Thanks a lot!
