You should have no problem finding some w/# C-3, C-4, C-6, C-7. these are the most common. The "long skinny rods, 352, 360" are most likely, EDC, (early) C-1, or C-7 You can use "Police-Intercepter" type for an upgrade if you wish, but it is not needed as you can buy ARP bolts and have them resized.
