Well, I have not had both of those manifolds at the same time except in pics. After scaling them both the same size the RPM looks a little higher for whatever that’s worth. Note the stock CJ manifold ran a carb. spacer, without it something on the carb. would hit the manifold when you opened the throttle (it’s been a long time.) Maybe you don’t need to run a spacer on the RPM which would bring the carb. down a little. As far as the stock smog system, you will have to reroute the PCV plumbing as the RPM manifold does not have the same two port taps for that funny wrap-around PCV tube. I would not try to feed all the PCV into the #5 port tap, it’s too much and will lean that cylinder out. Sorry I’m not much more help on this.
