The D2EF indicates that the heads are from a '72 truck. There should be 2 exhaust heat passages that go to the intake manifold. They should be decent heads if you're building an engine for "Grunt" power.The blocks are all about the same, if it measures 4.050 it's a 352 or 390 cid.
