FE 390 (?) block question

I have what is supposed to be a 390 truck engine, but I don't see the usual 352 casting. Instead, on the back, I find D4TE, with a 105 cast in a mirrored reverse. Under the oil filter extension is 6B19. It has 2 bolt mains, with no apparent extra reinforcement. I wonder if it worth saving for future rebuilding.
By the way, the camshaft broke in two, and it spun a bearing, but the block looks OK.
Can you all shed light on this and tell me if you think it is worth saving?
