Only 406 had provisions for crossbolts?

There is no HP cast on this block. I looked for that as well as C2EA-k, ect.. This block definitely has the provisions for being cross bolted! The only blocks I know of like this are 406 blocks?!? I have never seen a 390 with provisions for been cross bolted?!? I have a couple of digital pictures of the block if anybody has the time to look at them. The main caps say C2AE but does not have a suffix letter. This should narrow it down to either a 1962 390 block or 1962 406 block. Correct?!? Again any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks.
