Because shipping costs more than the engine

I need a 360/390 bare block that can be bored to .030 but I can't find one close to home. Shipping an engine block on a pallet costs in the $150-200 range and that's more than the block is worth. I'd love to find a complete running 390 for $150 anywhere near central Md.
